The Philodendron scandens is native to the tropical rainforests of South America and the Caribbean region. Most of them are true climbers that use their long tendrils to climb up other trees or rocks. Its heart-shaped leaves make this Philodendron scandens a beautiful trailing plant.

This plant comes in a 12cm nursery pot. Ceramic pot sold separately.

  • Position in a bright spot but avoid direct sunlight. If placed in a dim spot, this will likely produce more sparse vines with leaves far separated. 
  • Water routinely in the growing season and a great deal less in Winter.
  • Appreciates high dampness but avoid overwatering. Under-watering shouldn't be detrimental to the plant
