The Caryota mitis is a unique palm with its feathered leaves striking due to their unusual shape. The leaves are segmented and each segment takes the form of a fish tail, which is fairly unique in the palm world.

  • Keep away from air conditioning units or any source of direct heat as this can dry out the soil.
  • Fertilise 3 times per year to maintain growth
