Olive Tree - 100cm

The "Olive Tree" or "Olea europea" is a classic Mediterranean plant known for its slender branches and soft grey green leaves. With its elegant shape and timeless look, it is a popular choice for adding a relaxed Mediterranean feel to balconies, patios and bright indoor spaces.

Olive trees are naturally slow growing and compact, which makes them well suited to container planting. They work beautifully as feature plants on terraces, in sunny corners of the garden or near bright windows indoors.

Although olive trees are best known for producing olives in warmer climates, Ireland does not typically provide enough sunshine for fruit to develop. Even without fruit, this attractive plant is loved for its distinctive foliage and sculptural form.
