Tradescantia zebrina

The Tradescantia zebrina distinguishes itself by its beautiful leaves that are a mix of purple, silvery and green hues. These vibrant colours tend to become brighter when the plant is placed in bright indirect light.

When caring for a Tradescantia zebrina, it's important to place it in a partially sunny to semi-shady spot.

The plant likes moist soil, but also tolerates short-term drought.

Moderate to regular watering is recommended, however, overwatering should be avoided. 

This plant thrives best in a high humidity environment.
